The Mechanics

Implementation of large scale property management or improvement decisions is handled directly by the company’s senior officers. With our contract housekeeping and maintenance crews, our properties are kept in top-notch condition on an ongoing basis. In addition, we stand ready to add to our routine services as any special or unusual needs arise. In addition to housekeeping that leaves the homes sparkling, maintenance that keeps the properties in optimum and safe condition, and capital improvements that add to the value of the properties we manage, we also provide security patrols to ensure against trespassers and, more importantly, to make sure that Old Man Winter does not cause a power loss or a frozen pipe to result in significant financial expense to the owner.

The Process

Some of the many property management services we can provide include lawn care, snow removal, minor repairs, remodeling, capital improvements, routine cleaning, spring cleaning, winterization, insect spraying, goodie baskets for our owners and pampered guests, security patrols, stocked amenities, purchases and installations for homeowners (TV, DSS satellite, furniture, utensils, appliances -- you name it!), weed spraying, fencing, landscaping ... and much, much more. We love the beautiful valleys and strive daily to maintain them ... and keeping the homes and properties we manage in excellent condition only adds to the ambiance that Mother Nature created.
